Northumbria Blood Bikes exists entirely on charitable donations. We now operate a fleet of around twenty vehicles, one third of which are cars, to provide our free service to the NHS and Great North Air Ambulance Service. However, when those vehicles cover the equivalent of circumnavigating the equator 10 times every year, the need for servicing, repairs and replacement of vehicles never stops.
Northumbria Blood Bikes always welcomes support and sponsorship from companies and organised groups.
If you feel that you can help us, it might be worth looking at the kinds of things which we buy with the money we receive
In return for your support, we can offer:
- An acknowledgement and thank you for your contribution on our website, and in our regular newsletter
- Your logo, linked to your website, and a brief description of what your company does on our website.
- Photo opportunities with our vehicles and members, handing over the cheque for your own publicity and the press.
- Where a motorcycle or car is funded, we will look at incorporating your name/logo on the vehicle as appropriate.
- Other publicity measures as agreed.
