- Classifying and Prioritising Calls
- Despatching Riders and Drivers
- Monitoring and Recording Activities
After the workshop we'll provide individual, tailored support which will soon have you ‘flying solo’ as one of our team.
Shift Controllers are the vital link between our customers, who need our service, and our volunteer riders and drivers who transport the packages. These workshops are for new Shift Controllers to ‘learn the ropes’ or for returning Controllers to refresh their skills.
